Mirus · AI customer assistant for businesses
A customer writes at 02:14 a.m. They get an answer at 02:14.
Mirus answers the messages your business receives on WhatsApp and Instagram within seconds, in the customer’s own language and with your information. It also replies to comments on your posts and sends the commenter a private message. It books appointments into your calendar, sends a reminder the day before and passes what’s needed to the right person on your team.

Customers send the same message to several businesses. The first, clearest answer wins.
People often write in the evening, at night or on weekends, when your team isn’t around. By the time you reply in the morning, the customer may already have gone elsewhere.
A customer writes: “Do you have a table for 4 on Saturday evening?”
Mirus replies instantly with your information and collects what’s needed for the request.
Your team opens the dashboard in the morning: overnight requests are ready, with the hottest at the top.
What does Mirus do?
It gives your team’s first reply. You make the decisions.
Replies instantly
The reply goes out the moment a message arrives. Even while your team is asleep, on vacation or busy with another customer.
Speaks the customer’s language
Turkish, English, German, Arabic, Russian and more. It replies in whatever language the customer writes in.
Uses your information
It explains your prices, services and rules using only the information you provide. When it isn’t sure, it passes the question to your team.
Gets to know and saves customers
During the chat it learns the customer’s name, needs and dates, then adds them to your dashboard as a lead.
Hands over at the right moment
When a customer complains, asks for a discount, has a special request or says “I’d like to speak to a person,” it hands the conversation to your team, along with the reason.
No promises; when unsure, it asks
Never promises outcomes, and doesn’t stand in for an expert on health, legal or financial matters; it directs the customer to your team. Clinics also get clinic mode, which works with stricter rules.
Clinic mode
Stricter rules for clinics.
Clinic mode is for licensed healthcare providers and physicians’ practices; it is switched on at setup once the licence is confirmed. Aesthetic and beauty centres get a lighter sensitive-business mode. While clinic mode is on, Mirus follows these rules:
No prices or offers
Doesn’t give prices, discounts, campaigns, instalments or even an estimated range. It says the fee will be shared by the team after the examination and suggests an appointment; if the customer insists, it hands the conversation to your team.
Health tourism exception
If your clinic holds a health tourism licence, you enter the licence number in the panel and turn this setting on, it gives prices, together with the licence number, only to patients who write in a language other than Turkish and live abroad. Patients writing in Turkish don’t get prices.
No diagnosis or advice
Doesn’t diagnose; doesn’t recommend treatments, procedures, medication or doses, and doesn’t promise results. Doesn’t share before-and-after photos, patient reviews or comparisons with other clinics.
Doesn’t ask for health information
Doesn’t ask for symptoms, complaints, medical history, medication, test results, X-rays or photos. If the patient shares them anyway, it doesn’t repeat or record them; for health questions it hands the conversation to your team.
112 in an emergency
For urgent symptoms such as bleeding that won’t stop, swelling, shortness of breath or chest pain, it tells the patient to call 112 and passes the conversation to your team marked “urgent”.
Medical advice notice
The first automatic message carries the note “I can’t give medical advice; please don’t share your health information here, our specialist team will assess it at your examination.” The note is ready in 48 languages.
Consent before booking
Before booking an appointment it shows the patient a fixed consent text and records the moment of consent, the text version and the patient’s reply. Without consent no appointment is made. The patient can withdraw consent at any time by typing “RET”.
You choose how long data is kept
You set in the panel how many days conversations are kept; in clinic mode the default is 365 days. When the period ends, conversations are deleted and appointments stay in the calendar. Your KVKK privacy notice page automatically shows a health-data section and this period.
The live demo has two examples: Lina Dental Clinic never quotes prices to anyone. Nova Hair Clinic is a health tourism example; it gives prices to people writing in a foreign language, not to those writing in Turkish. Try the live demo
Clinic mode is designed to make it easier to work in line with Turkey’s Health Advertising Regulation and KVKK; it is not a substitute for legal advice.

It doesn’t stop at replying. It sees the job through.
It books appointments into your calendar, reminds customers and passes what’s needed to the right person on your team.
WhatsApp and Instagram
Your customers message the number and account they already know. All messages land in one dashboard.
Bookings from your calendar
It sees the free slots in your Google Calendar and books appointments only into free slots.

Pricing
Pay only for what you use.
Only the replies Mirus sends to your customers count. No plans, no commitment, one invoice at the end of the month. We share your custom price in the demo call.
First 300 replies free
Try Mirus with your own customers, see your real usage, then decide.
Fair Use Shield
Messages Mirus doesn’t reply to (emojis, spam, repeated messages, thanks and goodbyes after the conversation has ended) aren’t charged. Off-topic chat isn’t drawn out. If one person goes over 30 replies a day, the conversation passes to your team.
You set the budget cap
You set the monthly limit. Once it’s reached, messages go to your team, so no customer is lost. Track the counter live in the dashboard.
Infrastructure and security
Customer data is serious business. We treat it that way.
AI
Anthropic Claude
Replies are generated by Claude, one of the world’s leading language models. Messages sent via the API are not used to train the model.
Server
Oracle Cloud, Frankfurt
Conversations, leads and your business information are stored in a data center in Germany, with automatic backups every day.
Security
Encrypted, restricted access
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are never stored in plain text, and login attempts are limited. At setup, we sign a data processing agreement under Turkish data protection law (KVKK).

FAQ
Questions you might have
What happens if Mirus gives wrong information?
Mirus only uses the prices and information you provide; it never quotes a price, promotion or timeframe that isn’t in your profile. When it isn’t sure, it hands the conversation to your team. You see every conversation in the dashboard and can take over anytime.
Will customers know they’re talking to an AI?
Mirus is your business’s virtual assistant and says so clearly when asked; it never presents itself as a human. You can choose its name. If a customer wants to speak to a person, the conversation goes to your team right away.
Will my WhatsApp number or Instagram account change?
No. Mirus connects to your existing WhatsApp Business number and Instagram business account. We set up the connection together during onboarding.
Could my bill go up unexpectedly?
No. The Fair Use Shield doesn’t count unnecessary messages, the number of daily replies per person is limited, and you set the monthly budget cap. Once the cap is reached, messages go to your team.
Where is our data stored?
Conversations and leads are stored on our server in Oracle Cloud’s Frankfurt (Germany) data center. To generate a reply, the message is sent to Anthropic; these messages are not used to train the model.
How can I find out the price?
In the demo call, we estimate your monthly cost together based on your business’s message volume. Since the first 300 replies are free, you don’t have to decide before seeing your real usage.
Is it suitable for clinics? How does it fit the Health Advertising Regulation and KVKK?
For sectors such as clinics, dentists and hair transplant, clinic mode switches on automatically. In this mode Mirus doesn’t quote prices, campaigns or estimated ranges (if you hold a health tourism licence and turn the setting on, it gives prices only to patients writing in a foreign language), doesn’t diagnose, doesn’t recommend treatment, doesn’t ask for health information, tells the patient to call 112 for urgent symptoms, and asks for the patient’s consent before booking. You choose how long conversations are kept. These rules are designed to make it easier to work in line with the regulations; they are not legal advice, and we recommend reviewing your own practice with your legal adviser.
We don’t use Google Calendar. Will the booking feature still work?
Yes. If your Google Calendar is connected, Mirus books the appointment straight into it; if not, it uses the calendar in the dashboard. Your team sees appointments on their phones, and reminders go out automatically either way.
Does it also reply to comments on my posts?
Yes, if you want it to; the feature stays off until you turn it on. When a question or interest comment arrives on your Instagram or Facebook post, Mirus replies to the commenter with a private message and posts a short note of your choice under the comment (e.g. “We’ve sent you a DM”). No prices or personal details appear in the public reply. Negative comments are not answered but reported to you; compliments and tags are skipped.
