Siteyi yalnızca gezerseniz sizden hiçbir kişisel veri istemeyiz. Sitede çerez, analitik, reklam ya da takip kodu yoktur; yazı tipleri sitenin kendisinden yüklenir, Google Fonts gibi dış kaynak kullanılmaz. Sayfalardaki sohbet balonu mirus.fmjapps.com’dan yüklenir; bu sırada IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilginiz 5651 sayılı Kanun gereği o sunucunun erişim kaydına yazılır ve 1 yıl saklanır. Tarayıcınızda yalnızca sitenin çalışması için gereken şu tercihler tutulur ve hiçbir yere gönderilmez:

İletişim formunu kullanırsanız: seçtiğiniz konu, mesajınız, adınız, e-posta adresiniz, sayfanın dili ve IP adresiniz. Bu bilgiler e-posta olarak bize iletilir. IP adresiniz, formun kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için kısa süreli bir istek sınırında kullanılır ve gelen e-postada yer alır.

Sohbet balonuna yazarsanız: yazdığınız mesajlar ve paylaştığınız bilgiler (ad, telefon, e-posta, ilgilendiğiniz hizmet). Mesajlarınıza FMJ Software adına Mirus cevap verir; cevap üretmek için konuşma Anthropic’e (ABD) gönderilir. Konuşma ekibimize de görünür.

Canlı Mirus demosunu kullanırsanız: seçtiğiniz örnek işletme, yazdığınız mesajlar ve Mirus'un cevapları. Demo örnek işletmelerle çalışır; lütfen gerçek kişisel bilgilerinizi, özellikle sağlık bilgisi paylaşmayın. IP adresiniz, demonun kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için yalnızca kısa süre bellekte tutulur.

Sipariş verirseniz: adınız, soyadınız, e-posta adresiniz, cep telefonunuz; fatura bilgileriniz (bireysel faturada adresiniz ve isteğe bağlı T.C. kimlik numaranız, kurumsal faturada şirket unvanı, vergi dairesi ve vergi numarası); işletmenizin adı ve sektörü, istediğiniz alan adı ya da menü adresi ve yazdığınız açıklama; sipariş tutarı ve iyzico’nun bildirdiği ödeme sonucu (ödeme numarası, kart tipi ve kartın son dört hanesi) ile IP adresiniz. Kart numaranız, son kullanma tarihi ve güvenlik kodu bize ulaşmaz; bunları yalnızca iyzico’nun ödeme sayfasına girersiniz.

03İşleme amaçları ve hukuki sebepler

• Talebinize cevap vermek ve teklif hazırlamak (iletişim formu): bir sözleşmenin kurulmasına ilişkin talebiniz (KVKK m.5/2-c) ve sizinle iletişim kurmaya yönelik meşru menfaatimiz (KVKK m.5/2-f).
• Ürünümüzü denemenizi sağlamak (canlı demo): talebiniz üzerine hizmetin sunulması ve ürünümüzü tanıtmaya yönelik meşru menfaatimiz (KVKK m.5/2-f).
• Güvenlik ve kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi (IP adresi): meşru menfaatimiz (KVKK m.5/2-f).
• Siparişinizi almak, hizmeti yerine getirmek ve ödemeyi tahsil etmek (sipariş formu): sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c).
• Fatura düzenlemek ve kayıtları saklamak (fatura bilgileri): kanuni yükümlülüğümüz (KVKK m.5/2-ç; Vergi Usul Kanunu).

Verileriniz reklam, pazarlama listesi ya da profil çıkarma amacıyla kullanılmaz, satılmaz.

04Üçüncü taraflar ve yurt dışına aktarım

Site ve formlar aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla çalışır. Bu sağlayıcıların sunucuları yurt dışında olduğundan, ilgili veriler hizmetin teknik olarak sunulabilmesi için yurt dışına aktarılmış olur.

• GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., ABD): sitenin barındırılması. Siteye erişen her tarayıcının IP adresi, GitHub tarafından güvenlik amacıyla işlenir; bu kayıtlar bize iletilmez.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., ABD): alan adı, iletişim formunun gönderilmesi ve e-posta yönlendirmesi.
• Cloudflare Registrar (ABD): Web Sitesi siparişinde alan adınızın sizin adınıza kaydı; adınız, adresiniz, e-postanız ve telefonunuz kayıt sahibi bilgisi olarak kayıt kuruluşuna iletilir.
• Google (Gmail, ABD): iletişim formundan ve contact@fmjapps.com adresine gelen e-postaların saklandığı posta kutusu.
• iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Türkiye): ödemenin alınması. Sipariş tutarı ile adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefonunuz, fatura adresiniz ve varsa T.C. kimlik numaranız ödeme için iyzico’ya iletilir; kart bilgilerinizi iyzico kendi sayfasında alır ve işler.
• Cloudflare Workers (ABD): sipariş kayıtlarının saklandığı ve alan adı sorgusunun yapıldığı sunucu.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., ABD; gönderim sunucusu AB): ödemeden sonra size sipariş teyidi ve sözleşme kopyalarının e-postayla gönderilmesi (adınız, e-posta adresiniz ve sipariş özeti).
• Oracle Cloud (Frankfurt, Almanya): canlı demo konuşmalarının saklandığı Mirus sunucusu.
• Anthropic (ABD): demoda Mirus'un cevaplarını üreten yapay zekâ. Cevap hazırlanırken konuşma geçmişi Anthropic'e gönderilir; Anthropic bu içerikleri modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz.

Sitedeki sosyal medya ve Google Play bağlantılarına tıkladığınızda ilgili platformun kendi gizlilik politikası geçerli olur; bu bağlantılar siz tıklamadan hiçbir veri göndermez.

05Çocukların gizliliği

Site işletmelere ve yetişkinlere yöneliktir. 13 yaşından küçük olduğunu öğrendiğimiz bir kişiden gelen bilgileri sileriz.

06Verilerin saklanması ve silinmesi

• İletişim formundan gelen e-postalar, talebiniz ve olası iş ilişkimiz sürdüğü sürece saklanır. Silinmesini istediğinizde, yasal bir saklama yükümlülüğü yoksa sileriz.
• Sohbet balonundaki konuşmalar son mesajdan 365 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir.
• Canlı demo konuşmaları son mesajdan 30 gün sonra, demoda alınan örnek randevular 3 gün sonra kendiliğinden silinir. Sunucunun günlük yedekleri 14 gün tutulur; silinen veri en geç bu sürenin sonunda yedeklerden de çıkar.
• Ödenen sipariş kayıtları, sözleşme onaylarının (zaman, IP, onaylanan metinler) ispatı için 3 yıl saklanır ve sonra kendiliğinden silinir; ödenmeyen siparişler 30 gün sonra silinir. Faturalar ve faturaya esas bilgiler Vergi Usul Kanunu gereği 5 yıl saklanır.
• Tarayıcınızda tutulan tercihler (madde 02) yalnızca sizin cihazınızdadır ve onları siz silebilirsiniz.

07Haklarınız

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik ya da yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

02What we collect

If you only browse the site, we don't ask you for any personal data. The site has no cookies, analytics, ads or tracking code; fonts are served from the site itself, with no outside source such as Google Fonts. The chat bubble on our pages loads from mirus.fmjapps.com; when it does, your IP address and browser information are written to that server's access log, as required by Turkish Law No. 5651, and kept for 1 year. Your browser only keeps the following preferences, which the site needs to work and which are never sent anywhere:

• fmj-tema: your light or dark theme choice.
• fmj-lang: your language choice.
• mirus-zYmfgbxrnjYCWGAk: if you used the chat bubble, a random conversation key so your conversation can continue across pages.
• mirus-demo-code and mirus-demo-tokens: if you used the live demo, the demo password and a random conversation key so your conversation can continue.

You can delete them at any time by clearing the site data in your browser.

If you use the contact form: the subject you choose, your message, your name, your email address, the page language and your IP address. This information is sent to us by email. Your IP address is used for a short-lived rate limit that prevents abuse of the form, and it appears in the email we receive.

If you use the live Mirus demo: the sample business you choose, the messages you write and Mirus's replies. The demo works with sample businesses; please don't share real personal information, especially health information. Your IP address is kept in memory only briefly to prevent abuse of the demo.

If you place an order: your name, surname, email address and mobile number; your invoice details (for an individual invoice, your address and optionally your Turkish ID number; for a business invoice, the company name, tax office and tax number); your business name and sector, the domain or menu address you want and the description you write; the order amount and the payment result reported by iyzico (payment ID, card type and last four digits) and your IP address. Your card number, expiry date and security code never reach us; you enter them only on iyzico’s payment page.

03Purposes and legal grounds

• Answering your request and preparing a quote (contact form): your request in view of entering into a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in contacting you (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Letting you try our product (live demo): providing the service at your request and our legitimate interest in presenting our product (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Security and abuse prevention (IP address): our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
• Taking your order, delivering the service and collecting payment (order form): entering into and performing the contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Issuing invoices and keeping records (invoice details): our legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç; Turkish Tax Procedure Law).

Your data is not used for advertising, marketing lists or profiling, and it is never sold.

04Third parties and transfers abroad

The site and its forms rely on the service providers below. Because their servers are located outside Türkiye, the related data is transferred abroad so that the service can technically be provided.

• GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA): hosting the site. GitHub processes the IP address of every browser that accesses the site for security purposes; these logs are not shared with us.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA): the domain, sending the contact form and email forwarding.
• Cloudflare Registrar (USA): registering your domain in your name for a Website order; your name, address, email and phone number are passed to the registry as registrant details.
• Google (Gmail, USA): the mailbox where emails from the contact form and to contact@fmjapps.com are stored.
• iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Türkiye): taking the payment. The order amount and your name, email, phone, invoice address and, if given, Turkish ID number are passed to iyzico for the payment; iyzico collects and processes your card details on its own page.
• Cloudflare Workers (USA): the server where order records are stored and domain lookups are made.
• Resend (Resend, Inc., USA; sending region EU): emailing you the order confirmation and copies of the contracts after payment (your name, email address and order summary).
• Oracle Cloud (Frankfurt, Germany): the Mirus server where live demo conversations are stored.
• Anthropic (USA): the AI that generates Mirus's replies in the demo. The conversation history is sent to Anthropic to prepare a reply; Anthropic does not use this content to train its models.

When you click the social media or Google Play links on the site, that platform's own privacy policy applies; these links send no data until you click them.

05Children's privacy

The site is intended for businesses and adults. If we learn that information came from a person under 13, we delete it.

06Data retention and deletion

• Emails from the contact form are kept for as long as your request and any business relationship with us continue. If you ask us to delete them, we do so unless we have a legal obligation to keep them.
• Chat bubble conversations are deleted automatically 365 days after the last message.
• Live demo conversations are deleted automatically 30 days after the last message, and sample appointments made in the demo after 3 days. Daily server backups are kept for 14 days; deleted data leaves the backups by the end of that period at the latest.
• Paid order records are kept for 3 years as proof of contract acceptance (time, IP, accepted texts) and then deleted automatically; unpaid orders after 30 days. Invoices and the information they are based on are kept for 5 years as required by the Turkish Tax Procedure Law.
• The preferences kept in your browser (section 02) stay only on your device, and you can delete them yourself.

07Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to those it was transferred to; to object to an outcome against you resulting solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send your requests by email to contact@fmjapps.com. We resolve requests free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
