Bu sayfa, Kayıp Eşya Bürosu (İngilizce adıyla Lost & Found Office) mobil oyununun (“Oyun”) hangi bilgileri işlediğini, hangi hizmetleri kullandığını ve bu verilerin nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.
Oyun; isim, e-posta, telefon numarası, konum, fotoğraf ya da kişi listesi gibi hiçbir kişisel bilgi toplamaz, hesap açmanı istemez ve bize ait bir sunucuya hiçbir veri göndermez. Oyunun kendi sunucusu, veritabanı ya da analitik altyapısı yoktur.
Oyun ilerlemen (günlük mesai sonuçları, teşekkür notları, ofis süsleri, Pamuk'un koleksiyonu, rütbe, mesai kartları), istatistiklerin, başarımların, günlük görevlerin ve ayarların (dil, ses, titreşim, bildirim tercihi) cihazının yerel depolamasında saklanır.
Google Play Games'te oturumun açıksa sıralama puanların ve açtığın başarımlar ayrıca Google Play Games'e gönderilir (madde 05).
Oyundaki ziyaretçiler, isimler ve eşyalar hayal ürünüdür ve oyunun içinde üretilir; gerçek kişilere ait değildir.
Oyun içinde reklam göstermek için Google AdMob, satın almalar için Google Play, sıralama ve başarımlar için Google Play Games kullanılır. Bu hizmetlerin işlediği veriler için madde 03, 04 ve 05'e bakabilirsin.

Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla yalnızca isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklam gösterir: sen ekstra mesai kartı almak için bir reklam izlemeyi seçtiğinde (günde en fazla üç kez). Oyunda geçiş (tam ekran, kendiliğinden açılan) reklamı ya da banner reklam yoktur; oyun oynanırken reklam gösterilmez.
AdMob, reklamları sunmak ve ölçmek amacıyla reklam kimliği (advertising ID), cihaz ve yaklaşık konum bilgisi gibi verileri toplayabilir. Reklam kimliği; ad-soyad, e-posta ya da telefon numarası gibi doğrudan kimliğini ortaya koyan bir bilgi değildir, cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlanabilir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'taki oyunculardan reklam için Google'ın onay formuyla izin istenir; tercihini oyunun Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsin. Reklam kişiselleştirmesini telefonunun Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar menüsünden kapatabilir ya da reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilirsin.

This page explains what information the mobile game Lost & Found Office (Turkish title: Kayıp Eşya Bürosu) (the “Game”) processes, which services it uses, and how that data is handled.
The Game collects no personal information — no name, email, phone number, location, photos, or contacts — asks you to create no account, and sends no data to any server of ours. The Game has no server, database, or analytics of its own.
Your game progress (daily shift results, thank-you notes, office decorations, Pamuk's collection, rank, shift passes), statistics, achievements, daily quests, and settings (language, sound, vibration, notification preference) are stored in your device's local storage.
If you are signed in to Google Play Games, your leaderboard scores and unlocked achievements are also sent to Google Play Games (section 05).
The visitors, names and items in the Game are fictional and generated inside the Game; they do not belong to real people.
The Game uses Google AdMob to show ads, Google Play for purchases and Google Play Games for leaderboards and achievements. See sections 03, 04 and 05 for the data these services handle.
The Game uses the following Android permissions. Each one is used only for the purpose listed next to it:
The Game shows only optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob: when you choose to watch one for an extra shift pass (at most three times a day). There are no interstitial (full-screen, pop-up) or banner ads, and no ads are shown while you are playing.
To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect data such as the advertising ID, device information, and approximate location. The advertising ID is not your name, email, or phone number, and it can be reset from your device settings. Players in the European Economic Area and the UK are asked for consent through Google's consent form; you can change your choice in the Game under Settings → Ad privacy options. You can turn off ad personalization or reset your advertising ID from Settings → Google → Ads on your phone.
The Game offers optional purchases: one-time shift pass packs (5 and 15 passes) and the permanent “+3 passes every day” pack. The daily shift, the leaderboard and streaks are always free. All purchases are made through Google Play; your card or payment details never reach us.
The Game contacts Google Play only to confirm purchases and to find out which permanent packs you own. This is governed by Google Play's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
The Game uses Google Play Games services for its worldwide leaderboards and achievements. If Google Play Games is on your phone you are usually signed in automatically; otherwise you are only asked to sign in when you tap the Google Play button on the Leaderboard or Achievements screen. You can play the whole Game without signing in.
While you are signed in, the Game sends Google Play Games your daily shift score (the “Today's shift” leaderboard), the total of your daily scores (the “Office score” leaderboard) and the achievements you unlock. On leaderboards your Google Play Games gamer name, profile picture and score may be visible to other players; you can manage this in your Google Play Games profile settings. Your player ID and gamer name are provided by Google; the Game does not send them anywhere of ours or store them.
This data is governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can delete your Play Games data from the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings.
The Game may show a reminder when a new daily shift starts, and one in the evening if you haven't played that day's shift yet. They are scheduled and created entirely on your device; no server is involved and no data is sent. You can turn notifications off in the Game's Settings or in your phone's notification settings.
The Game uses only the following Google services and shares data with no other third party:
The share-result button only opens your phone's own share menu; the shared text (the date and your decision marks) goes to the app you choose, not to us.

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. It asks no one for personal data, creates no account, and requests no contact details.
Your game progress, statistics, and settings are kept in your phone's own storage (the Game's local storage). Because this data lives only on your device, the Game's Settings → Reset progress option, uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data from device settings removes it completely.
Scores and achievements sent to Google Play Games stay in your Google account; you can delete them from the Google Play Games app or your Google Account settings.
The permanent pack (+3 passes every day) is tied to your Google Play account; after reinstalling it comes back automatically, or with Shop → Restore purchases.
Since no personal data of yours is stored on any server of ours (Google Play Games data stays in your Google account, see section 09), there is no record for us to delete or disclose. Even so, you can reach us at the address below with any question or request about this policy.
This policy may be updated from time to time; the current version always lives on this page and the “last updated” date above changes accordingly.
