Bu sayfa, Koleksiyoncu: Sahte mi Gerçek mi? (İngilizce adıyla The Collector: Real or Fake) mobil oyununun (“Oyun”) hangi bilgileri işlediğini, hangi hizmetleri kullandığını ve bu verilerin nasıl kullanıldığını açıklar.
Oyun; isim, e-posta, telefon numarası, konum, fotoğraf ya da kişi listesi gibi hiçbir kişisel bilgi toplamaz, hesap açmanı istemez ve bize ait bir sunucuya hiçbir veri göndermez. Oyunun kendi sunucusu, veritabanı ya da analitik altyapısı yoktur.
Oyun ilerlemen (kasa, itibar, aletler, koleksiyon, rütbe), istatistiklerin, başarımların, günlük görevlerin ve ayarların (dil, ses, titreşim, bildirim tercihi) yalnızca cihazının yerel depolamasında saklanır.
Oyun içinde reklam göstermek için Google AdMob, satın almalar için Google Play, genel sıralama ve başarımlar için Google Play Games kullanılır. Bu hizmetlerin işlediği veriler için madde 03, 04 ve 05'e bakabilirsin.
Oyun aşağıdaki Android izinlerini kullanır. Her izin yalnızca yanında yazan iş için kullanılır:
Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla yalnızca isteğe bağlı ödüllü reklamlar gösterir: reklam, sadece sen ekstra dükkân anahtarı almak için izlemeyi seçtiğinde açılır. Oyunda bunun dışında hiçbir reklam (geçiş reklamı, banner vb.) yoktur. “Reklamsız Koleksiyoncu” paketini alan oyuncular anahtarı reklam izlemeden alır.

Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Birleşik Krallık'taki oyunculardan reklam için Google'ın onay formuyla izin istenir; tercihini oyunun Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsin. Reklam kişiselleştirmesini telefonunun Ayarlar → Google → Reklamlar menüsünden kapatabilir ya da reklam kimliğini sıfırlayabilirsin.
Oyunda isteğe bağlı satın almalar vardır: kalıcı “Reklamsız Koleksiyoncu” paketi (reklamları kaldırır ve her gün 3 ekstra anahtar verir) ve tek kullanımlık anahtar paketleri. Satın almalar tamamen Google Play üzerinden yapılır; kart ya da ödeme bilgilerin bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.

This page explains what information the mobile game The Collector: Real or Fake (Turkish title: Koleksiyoncu: Sahte mi Gerçek mi?) (the “Game”) processes, which services it uses, and how that data is handled.
The Game collects no personal information — no name, email, phone number, location, photos, or contacts — asks you to create no account, and sends no data to any server of ours. The Game has no server, database, or analytics of its own.
Your game progress (cash, reputation, tools, collection, rank), statistics, achievements, daily tasks, and settings (language, sound, vibration, notification preference) are stored only in your device's local storage.
The Game uses Google AdMob to show ads, Google Play for purchases, and Google Play Games for the global leaderboard and achievements. See sections 03, 04 and 05 for the data these services handle.
The Game uses the following Android permissions. Each one is used only for the purpose listed next to it:
The Game shows only optional rewarded ads through Google AdMob: an ad plays only when you choose to watch one for an extra shop key. The Game shows no other ads (no interstitials or banners). Players who buy the “Ad-free Collector” pack get the key without watching an ad.
To deliver and measure ads, AdMob may collect data such as the advertising ID, device information, and approximate location. The advertising ID is not your name, email, or phone number, and it can be reset from your device settings. Players in the European Economic Area and the UK are asked for consent through Google's consent form; you can change your choice in the Game under Settings → Ad privacy options. You can turn off ad personalization or reset your advertising ID from Settings → Google → Ads on your phone.
The Game offers optional purchases: the permanent “Ad-free Collector” pack (removes ads and gives 3 extra keys every day) and one-time key packs. All purchases are made through Google Play; your card or payment details never reach us.
The Game contacts Google Play only to find out which products you own (e.g. whether you bought the ad-free pack) and to confirm purchases. This is governed by Google Play's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
The Game uses Google Play Games Services for a global leaderboard and achievements. If you are signed in to Google Play Games on your phone, the Game connects automatically when it starts; your ranking score (a single number based on how many correct calls you make and how fast) and the achievements you unlock are sent to Google's servers. Your score may appear on the leaderboard with your Play Games profile name and avatar.
This feature is optional: if you don't sign in to Play Games, no score or achievement is sent and the whole game remains playable. You can manage your profile visibility and Play Games data, or delete it, from the Google Play Games app settings. This data is governed by Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
The Game may show a reminder notification when your shop keys have refilled. It is scheduled and created entirely on your device; no server is involved and no data is sent. You can turn notifications off in the Game's Settings or in your phone's notification settings.
The Game uses only the following Google services and shares data with no other third party:

The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. It asks no one for personal data, creates no account, and requests no contact details.
Your game progress, statistics, and settings are kept in your phone's own storage (the Game's local storage). Because this data lives only on your device, the Game's Settings → Reset progress option, uninstalling the Game, or clearing its data from device settings removes it completely.
Permanent purchases (Ad-free Collector) are tied to your Google Play account; after reinstalling you can get them back with Settings → Restore purchases.
The score and achievements sent to Google Play Games are tied to your Google account; you can manage or delete them from your Google Play Games settings.
Since no personal data of yours is stored on any server of ours, there is no record for us to delete or disclose. Even so, you can reach us at the address below with any question or request about this policy.
